The cuisine, which is prepared by the owners themselves, is based on local delicacies but also the flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, to be savoured in our refined restaurant accompanied by fine Trentino wines.
To start the day, the kitchen team lay out a generous breakfast rich in vitamins with freshly baked bread, fresh cakes, brioches, fruit, fruit juices, 5 types of cereals, natural yoghurt and fruit yoghurt. The savoury buffet is also available with frankfurter sausages, bacon, egg and cold meats.
For the vegetable buffet we try to use regional products from certified farms and vegetables from our garden. We can also spoil coeliacs and people with other intolerances with suitable and tasty dishes.
