We carefully take care of the selection of raw materials, relying on local producers who offer us tasty and genuine products. In summer, particular care is taken in the proposal of 0 km vegetables from our garden which the owner Ida takes care of directly with passion and love handed down by the family.
At the Sport Hotel Stella Alpina you can find the flavors of the past and get to know the places of our childhood through the scents and character of traditional Trentino dishes.

BREAKFAST

The day starts with a smile thanks to our rich buffet. At breakfast you will find tasty homemade cakes and jams, genuine yoghurt from our area, light cereal flakes, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds, cold cuts, cheese, bread, bacon and eggs. Coffee, barley, chocolate and different tea blends all to give you a boost of energy to better face the day in the mountains!

DINNER

The restaurant offers mountain cuisine characterized by the genuineness of local raw materials, the vegetable buffet is almost entirely organic (in season), with vegetables from "Ida's garden". The kitchen is designed to enhance the dishes of Trentino-Alto Adige and the Italian national tradition. A journey through the flavors of our land, the good ones of the past, which you can rediscover every day, in full respect of nature and your well-being.

To appreciate the dishes in the best possible way, we have created a cellar with a fair selection of wines, both local and from the various regions of Italy.

Nello Sport Hotel Stella Alpina ho trovato uno splendido ambiente. Tutto lo staff, in particolar modo Diego, Asia, Enrico e Ida, è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi domanda o informazione. La cucina è ottima L'hotel è situato in una splendida "val di sole", nella quale si trovano gite sia per i meno esperti sia per i più esperti. Hotel super consigliato se si volesse passare una vacanza nei pressi Pejo.

Tutto come si desidera da una vacanza. Gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff. Bella e pulitissima struttura. Cucina di buon livello ed altrettanto buona cantina con rincaro onesto sui vini.

The Hotel Stella Alpina is found in Cogolo di Peio in the province of Trento. Thanks to the numerous means of transport present in Val di Sole, the hotel is easily reachable not only by car but also by train and plane.
