If you are looking for an active holiday where you can combine walks, excursions, stops in mountain huts, green meadows and glaciers, Val di Pejo is the one for you! The trekking routes are suggestive and suitable for every type of hiker. If you are a lover of difficult and tiring climbs, the climb to 3500 m. of the Rifugio Mantova (highest refuge in Trentino), with the possibility of visiting the Punta Linke War Museum (highest museum in Europe), the climb to Cima Cevedale or San Matteo is what's right for you, but there there are also simpler routes such as the tour of the Cevedale lakes, the famous Sentiero dei Tedeschi or the paths that lead to Lake Pian Palù. Simpler routes, also suitable for children, such as the tour of the Masi or the Lago Covel plain, visit to the Urogalli Museum of Malga Talè, the walk to the Church of Santa Lucia and many others.
If you prefer to discover the area on your bike, near the Sport Hotel Stella Alpina, the cycle-pedestrian path starts that reaches Mostizzolo, which can be covered for 35 km, and thanks to the Val di Sole Guest Card, you can return to Cogolo with the Valle Train and Bike Bus, for free!
Or you can choose one of the many E-BIKE tours present in Val di Pejo, its famous E-BIKE ARENA is full of various excursions with various difficulties for this new activity which with little effort allows you to discover breathtaking views always in contact with the uncontaminated nature of the Park.
For adrenaline lovers there are DOWNHILL routes of different lengths and difficulties where it is possible to transport your bike to high altitude with the ski lifts of Folgarida/Marilleva, Pejo and Passo del Tonale to then try your hand at exciting descents emulating the daredevil champions who have been participating in the UCI MTB World Cup in Val di Sole for some years.
Those who love rafting or canoeing can experience the thrill of a descent along the Noce rapids; in this regard we can remember that the prestigious National Geographic Society has classified the Noce among the 10 best waterways in the world for rafting.
